Ed’s 23-year real estate journey includes tenure at Colliers International and Cushman and Wakefield, Texas, where he rose to Executive Director of Capital Markets, culminating in more than $2.7 billion in multifamily sales. He holds an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California and a B.S. in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan. Ed is also on the advisory board of the Bauer Real Estate Program at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.

Richard has 23 years of financial services industry experience. Throughout his career, Richard has used a consultative approach and entrepreneurial mindset to develop trusting relationships with investors at Institutions, Family Offices, RIA's and Broker Dealers. Prior to joining RedSwan, Richard served as Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at SAFHarbor Self Storage. Richard has professionally represented several unique investment firms across multiple asset classes and structures, including Private Real Estate, ETF's, Direct Indexing, SMA's and Mutual Funds.

Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). Richard earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification, administered by the Investment Management Consultants Association taught in conjunction with the University of California, Berkeley in 2009. Prior to that Richard completed his MBA from the University of Memphis in 2002. Richard resides on a farm in Sunbury, OH with his wife and growing family.
